I am a chef by profession. Have owned my own restaurant and have run restaurants for other people. I started in the wine industry as a rep in 1988. I have spent the last 20 years eating and drinking my way round France.
I have been married three times had a heart attack and nearly went bankrupt ten years ago after the brake up of my second marriage. I now live at Maison du Vin in Hawkhurst Kent with my third and last wife Beverley. We have two boys Matthew 9 and Scott 7. I also have two boys by my previous marriage. Max soon to be 18 and Oliver 16.
My hobbies include food, wine
fly fishing and canoeing.
So far I have had a hell of a life! I am available for public speaking engagements and private wine tastings
